“For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all of your path.”
Full– complete especially in detail, number, or duration of time.
View– the extent or range of vision.
This scripture has been a scripture to lean on, when I find myself frustrated in life, and burdened by the struggles of life. I am reminded that God examines my path, and my ways are in full disclosure before the LORD. GOD sees all!
Everything we do, our very own thoughts, are in full disclosure, to the Lord. Not only our thoughts, and actions, but also our intentions, motives, and our secret desires too. All is laid bare before the Lord, nothing is hidden from his view.
We may hide from humans, but God sees our wicked ways. We may put on a show, but God sees our real intentions, and secret motives, and our pretentious attitudes, and he is NOT pleased. Instead of holding on to the burdens, I have learned to let go, and give GOD the control of my life. MY job is to give my all to God, then let him fill in the rest. Instead of stressing about the details, I hand them over to my master, and know, that he is working things out for my good.
Let us examine our motives daily, and clean our hearts, let us ask the LORD to remove anything that is not of him. For anything that exalts above his ways, is not of God, and any thoughts that have secret motives, are also not from GOD. We desire to please GOD, and commit to his ways.
Where can I hide from your presence? If I go up to heavens, you are there, if I go down to the grave, you are there too. I cannot hide from you, everything is laid bare before, nothing is hidden from your view. You know my inward thoughts, you formed my inwards parts. FEARFULLY and WONDERFULLY MADE, created in your likeness, How wonderful are your marvelous works!
Search my heart oh GOD, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts
If there be any grievous way in me, remove it far from me, and lead me in the way everlasting! Create in me a clean heart LORD, renew a right spirit within me.
Lord forgive me for my thoughts, forgive me for my actions, forgive me for my motives, wrong intentions. I desire to be pleasing to you, honor you, glorify you, in all that I do. In the MIGHTY and powerful name of Jesus, I pray, AMEN!
