Life is full of worries, and frustrations all around us

Day 13

Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?

MATTHEW 6:25 AMP

JUST the other day, read this very verse, and even talked about it in the group. We so often get distracted, worried and anxious, about things, especially when things are not looking good on our side, or working out in our favor. We get into an accident so we worry, how we’re going to get this situation fixed, we have an argument, but no one seems to understand us, so we get frustrated, confused, and angry.

Life is full of worries, and frustrations. It’s natural to worry, it’s natural to get anxious, and frustrated, part of life, struggle of life. Can’t get around it, but only go through it. Staying calm even through the most unfavorable circumstances, is what’s going to get you through it, then take small steps to arrive in your destination of your success.

Focus on what’s going to get us through these moments. Peace, understanding, confidence and assurance of the Lord. Peace not as the world gives, but peace that comes from above. Though the storms may be raging, and winds blowing on every side, the peace of God will guard our minds, and hearts through Jesus, the giver of peace, and faith.

Do you struggle with worry, constantly filled with fear of the unknown? Let go of your frustrations, and hand them to the Lord, pray and wait on the Lord, to step in and work on your details.

God is in control! Though it may not seem like it, somehow it’s for your good.
