Just use what you have

I am not that woman that will make that special trip to the store because she forgot an ingredient, or an item to make a meal. No I will use whatever I have in my kitchen, and omit that extra trip.

Today for example, I went shopping, but only for a few minor things on the list. My daughters class list, for the pajama party, at the school, and a few things for the Christmas party at church tommorow. Yes I grabbed those things quickly, and was on my way out. I wasn’t going to spend the limited hour I have, to play hide and seek.

When I got home, whelp, we didn’t have any leftovers, and limited resources to cook a meal.

So I relied up my ingredients, potatoes, carrots, an onion, half sausage, a small jar of leftover pizza sauce, spices, and was ready to make a meal.

Do you think something good came out if it?

Yes!

A meal to feed my family, out of the small ingredients I had in myfridge, a whole pot of stewed potatoes with onions, and sausage meat.

Reminds me of a miracle in the Bible, five loafs of bread, and two fish, that fed 5,000 people. Talk about a miracle!

So you the cook, the busy mom, on the run working mom, that is looking to whip up a meal, just use what you have in the fridge, don’t get yourself overburdened with endless shopping trips to the store, just use what you have, and save yourself a trip.
