Ask, seek, knock

As I turn in for the night, I wanted to quickly write my reflection on the scripture for the day. Just the other day, I was using this very scripture for my Detox program. Coincidence much? I think not!

Ask and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek and keep on seeking and you will find; knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you.

Matthew 7:7 AMP

God speaks to us through scripture, our surroundings, prayer, and even more on the personal level, such as confirming his WORD through another source, or person.

Asking requires one to speak, and request a matter from a source. Seeking requires one to search, and look for an item, and knocking, requires persistent effort of action.

All three require ACTION!

SO let’s ask, and we shall receive, search and we shall find, knock on the door, and rhe door will be open for us.

There is saying that my dad likes to say, a russian saying. Most of russian slang doesn’t really make sense when it’s translated, but sometimes it makes perfect sense.

So here it goes

If you try something hard enough, it will eventually work out ” not sure who the author of it though, so ill call it a “Russian Slang”. So if you ask enough, search enough, knock on the door enough, you will eventually have your wish fulfilled.

Hope you have been blessed, as I share my reflection with you. I love to share my insight with others! It’s a blessing to be able to do so. Have a blessed one, and until next time!
