I love the book of Proverbs! So full of insight, and so full of richness.
So I had a chance to re-read the book for the month of March. Every time I read those chapters, or even stidy the chapter, new insights are found within. Solomon the wisest, and richest man, knew what he was talking about, when he inquired wisdom from the Lord. Wisdom comes from God!
“For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.”Proverbs 2:6
You can have knowledge, you can have information on the subject, but if you don’t have understanding, and insight into the situation, and how to go about it, knowledge is just that, information.
To get wisdom, one must seek the Lord, for it, for he is the giver of wisdom. He alone, and he alone supplies the proportions of wisdom, and everything that comes with it.
Father God I come to you seeking wisdom. I understand that wisdom only comes from above. I must reject foolishness, and embrace wisdom. I have all this information, but need your direction. Lead me into all things, direct my steps, amen
I hope this verse, was for your delight, I sure enjoyed it. For more on the Chapter of Wisdom visit my study
Stay tuned for the next one, as I will be sharing in the near future. God bless and take care!
