Again today, I came across a scripture that made me look deeper into the word, and personal revelation that came along with it.

Unfaithful

By definition via Dictionary unfaithful is referred to a person who does not adhere to promises, obligations, or allegiances; in other words, disloyal to their partner, or is not deemed trustworthy.

God often refers of Israel as the unfaithful prostitute, or harlot. A prostitute is a person who engages in prostitution, or a person who has compromised their values and principles for gain or pleasure. 》via Dictionary.com

God is not pleased with his people who prostitute themselves in a spiritual sense. They stand on a corner, seeking to devour their next customer. They can also be referred to sugar coated preachers, who preach a word that is tickling the ears of a lukewarm Christian, or a prosperity gospel to entice the soul. These preachers prostitute themselves on the corner, for personal gain, using Gods name in vain. They speak words that are as smooth as oil, but in the end are bitter as gall. Proverbs 5:3-4

They stand on a corner drawing attention of the passerby’s, pulling at their wallet, milking their last breath. Instead of speaking the truth, they tell half lies. Filled with deception, and trickery, they manipulate their next customer, luring them to their lair, enticing them with words, in exchange for a dollar to meet their personal gains.

As in the days of the Old, God was not pleased, he is not pleased today!

Hosea the prophet spoke those words conserning the unfaithful Israel, and warned the people to get right with God.

you love the wages of a prostitute at every threshing floor.

Hosea 9:1b

It’s those speakers who prostitute the word of God for personal gain, they even include their cashapp with it, incase you felt led to contribute to the “worthy” cause.

Is this not the same as the prostitute enticing the passerbys with her smooth words, to get her money’s worth, pulling at their wallet?

Did God really tell us to include the Cashapp information, or is it our personal desire to add that to the LIVE audience?

Not my words! I am simply sharing what I felt led to share.

Let us not be deceived by the enemy, for he is scheming and seeking a victim who is not aware of his schemes. He is seeking for a desperate person to prostitute themselves on the next corner, and become unfaithful to God.

For we are not unaware of his schemes.

2 Corinthians 2:11

Let us pray

Father God thank you for making me aware! Thank you for your wisdom knowledge and understanding, thank you for divine inspiration and correcting me in love, for my good, and your purpose. Examine my heart, and see if there’s any wicked way in me? Anything that is not pleasing to your sight, remove those desires from me, those carnal passions that are blinding my eyes to see clearly. Open my eyes to see beyond my natural ability to see, and incline my ears to hear from a divine perspective. In your name I pray Amen.
