Honor God with your gifts

The following article was written by my very good friend and prayer warrior @Daniel Okorie who has been using his prophetic gift to encourage and inspire the body. I thought this was a good place to share his gift. Daniel is also good at interpreting dreams via Dreams Visions and Revelation FB Group. He also encourages believers to pay attention to their dreams, because God may be speaking to you through them. To join the group click the link below

Aside from this passion of his, he writes, and inspires the body of Christ to move in the gifts God has given us.

Here is the Article

In Matthew 2:11, they opened their treasure boxes and gave Him gifts of Gold, Frankincense, and Myrrh.

The wise men traveled from afar to bring honor & appreciation to King Jesus. In the same way, let us show our LOVE & APPRECIATION to God by the gifts & talents we bring to honor Him.

We can do this by the way we treat & honor others especially those in the House of God: pastors, ministers, worship leaders, the elderly, the poor and destitute, a beggar on the street, the orphans, the lost, forgotten, and the lonely. We can also honor God by our LOVE of God, and people, as well as the encouragement, peace, and comfort we bring to people around us.

It’s giving season: Give and it will be given to you; good measure pressed down and running over… God loves a cheerful giver. You don’t only give to those you are expecting a return from or those that will give you back, but mostly to the poor for your reward is great in heaven.
I rather be blessed by God than by a mere rich man of this world.

PRAYER 🔥
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I thank You for Your goodness. Help me to honor best by being a blessing to myself, my family, and others and by the way I treat my fellow man. Give me the insight to bring gifts of encouragement, kindness & Love, to all those I come in contact with each day.
Amen
