Teriyaki Chicken Potatoes
One of our other favorite meals to have for dinner. It makes for a family of four, and lunch leftovers. Takes 20 to 30 minutes to make.
For this recipe you will need
5 to 6 medium or large potatoes cubed and boiled in seasoned water, strained, and set aside.
4 to 5 Chicken breast cut to your liking, seasoned, coated in 1 Table spoon vegetable oil, set aside.
This next part is going to blow your mind, but it works for me! I made a variation of this sauce soo many times.
Homemade Lena Sauce
2 Table Spoon of each sauce, Teriyaki, Prego or Raguu, Ketchup, and Pancake Syrop, with 1/2 Cup hot water. Whisk until smooth.
In a separate pan cook the chicken until well done, add the Lena Homemade Sauce, set aside.
And lastly combine the chicken teriyaki with boiled potatoes, mix, cover, and let it summer for another 5 min until the sauce permeates into the chicken.
