The start of this chapter is an instruction to giving grateful praise. It starts with giving praise in a form of shouting, worshipping and singing joyful songs.
Worship him for who he is, the Creator of heaven and earth, creator of all things
Instructions on how to enter into God’s holy place.
With Thanksgiving, a posture of thanks, and praise.
Let every nation tribe and tongue sing Glory to the KING of kings.
Thanksgiving is an important holiday in the US. Families gather for holidays, people eat food, and give thanks to God. We give it with our whole heart to those we love and care about. That is the posture that God wants us to present to him, a posture of thanks.
Praise, with joyful noise. Not complaining, grumbling, or filled with anxious thoughts, but rather joy, peace, and excitement. When I praise I lift up my hands to the Lord, smile, and dance my heart out, not worrying about anything, or anyone.
We were made to worship him! All the earth worship him ( the Creator) with gladness.
Give thanks! From the heart, for all he has done for you and I, give thanks for good, and bad.
