Stewed Cabbage

Stewed cabbage is a simple and easy dish that can be enjoyed on its own, or as a side dish. Anytime I have left over veggies, and a craving for cabbage, this is my go to! Delicious side dish with rice or potatoes, and even good for lunch at work. Eating stewed cabbage is a healthy way to add vegetables to your meals, and people who are picky with food will still like it. My family loves it!
