My newest Kingdom connection Darla, shared this powerful insight, I knew I had to include it here at my Table.
How do we recognize a set apart person of the Kingdom, and if we are Kingdom, set apart for God’s Use, how do we conduct ourselves in a worthy manner?
We must keep in mind that we are not to keep company with or associate with the lukewarm, wicked, and sinners. This may sound insensitive on my part, but hear me out. Kingdom recognizes Kingdom!
Some will think that this is arrogant and this isn’t the Love of God.
But I want you to know!
This doesn’t make you any better then anyone.. Sometimes others will choose their own path that can also be destructive to yours.
But the truth is that God’s word says otherwise… He wants us to live a certain way that pleases Him, He also have us the ability to Choose. He will not force us to obey, but there are consequences for our actions, and what we do, that He doesn’t approve.
There are conditions and consequences for our disobedience and what we partake with and in.
As believers who are set apart for God, we are not to keep company with, or associate or partake with the ungodly or the lukewarm, sinners, or the wicked. Unless God has a purpose, for us to be used in a situation, ( for his Glory) that’s different, But we are not to stick around.
There’s so many scriptures that tell us Christians how to live set apart. Pray and ask the Lord to
Open up your eyes to knowledge, and understanding.
If we are not doing those things that are essential for godly living, we are deceiving ourselves and we may be reprobate concerning the truth, and out of the will of God, perishing from lack of knowledge.
We can’t just keep company with just anyone. God wants us to use wisdom. It’s for us, because He knows that these things can pull us away, lead us stray, distract us into ungodliness, or being led away with the error of the wicked.
