WEEK 1
Abstaining from Caffeine
No Caffeine
GOAL : ABSTAIN from consumption of caffeine, for spiritual benefits; for the purpose of consecrating, gaining clarity, as well as spiritual Growth and Development.
I personally love coffee, tea, and SODA, and I know it’s not good for me, YET I drink up to 3 cups a day, without realizing the damage it can bring to me. With this consecration plan I plan to abstain from consuming caffeine the entire week, and maybe even cut down on caffeine consumption in general.
Day 1 
Focus: Great Plans and Future
Decree: ” For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
Declaration: God has great plans and a future for me!
Day 2
Focus: God is in Charge
Decree: ” You know when I sit down and when I rise up [my entire life, everything I do]; You understand my thought from afar.” Psalms 139:2 AMP
Declaration: God is in charge of my life!
Day 3
Focus: Established Plans
Decree: “A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.” Proverbs 16:9 AMP
Declaration: God establishes my Plans!
Day 4
FOCUS: Commitment & Success
Decree: “Commit your works to the Lord [submit and trust them to Him], And your plans will succeed [if you respond to His will and guidance]. Proverbs 16:3 AMP
Declaration: I commit my plans to you oh Lord, establish my steps, and direct my ways. I lay all of my burdens down at the foot of the cross and pick up all that you have for me.
Day 5
FOCUS: God moving in my LIFE
Decree: ” I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living”. Psalm 27:13 NIV
Declaration: I see God move in my life! He will not fail me! I surrender all my fears, my doubts, my insecurities. Every knee shall bow, and every tongue confess. Move-in my life, establish your plans, direct my ways! I surrender my all.
Day 6
FOCUS: Called to Purpose!
Decree: ” And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28 NIV
Declaration: I love God, and I’m called to his purpose, I know ALL things, whether good or bad work out in my favor!
Day 7
FOCUS: No Weapon Prospers
Decree: ” No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord.” Isaiah 54:17 NIV
Declaration: No matter what type of weapon the enemy forges against me, to destroy me, it won’t work! God is my fortress and my divine help in times of trouble. He will rescue me, and set me high upon a rock! He hides me in his secret place, I am not afraid, I am confident!
