A Fitness Guide to Follow Along - Coming Soon!

Day 1

Living Intentionally

Above all else guard your heart for everything you do,
flows from it"
Proverbs 4:23
NIV BIBLE
This is where it all starts, where your journey to integrating faith and fitness begins.

It doesn’t begin in the gym or in your local church. It doesn’t begin in your small group or on the track. It begins in your mind and heart.

Though you might be tempted to see faith and fitness as two completely unrelated activities, for integration and growth to occur, you must begin to see all of life: the physical and spiritual, as One CONNECTED together for a plan and Purpose.

Being intentional is the key to succeeding at anything, and I believe this journey will help us grow together in our faith and fitness.

Let’s honor Him with our movement today

Day 2

Whatever You Do

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31
NIV BIBLE
Whether you run, bike, workout at the gym, or lift at home, do it all for the glory of God.

Don’t do it for the applause of men, or approval of others, do it because God instructed you to glorify him.

In all you do.

Live Intentionally and with Purpose

Being intentional is key to succeeding at anything, and I believe this journey will help us grow together in our faith and fitness.

Day 3

Do What is Right & Just

To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.
Proverbs 21:3
NIV BIBLE
Consistency is the bridge, but integrity is the foundation. As we hit Day 3, let’s focus on putting on Christ’s Character.

God wants us to be the same everywhere we go.

Integrity means being whole and undivided.

It means who you are in the gym is who you are on Sunday mornings.

Christ exemplifies this character all through the Bible.

Let’s honor Him with our movement today
