Prayer

Is Prayer a complicated topic in your life? It used to be part of mine!

Let me simplify it for you. I went on a journey of self-discovery concerning prayer, and even wrote a chapter highlighting Prayer! I wrote everything I know about Prayer and what the creator shared with me.

Prayer is not just a conversation, or a dialog with your creator, prayer is actually an important part of the Armor of God, spoken of in the Bible.

“ And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Ephesians 6:18 NIV

Prayer is the foundation of our relationship with God. Whether you’re making requests, praising Him, interceding for others, or giving thanks—each prayer carries power and authority.

Prayer is not just a conversation, or a dialog with your creator, prayer is actually an important part of the Armor of God, spoken of in the Bible.

Praying in the spirit activates spiritual part of you, to pray for things that you know nothing about. It is words, groans, and thoughts that are prayed in the spirit, by the leading of the spirit. Sometimes it’s words that are known, and other times it’s words of the unknown.

I oftentimes start with giving of Thanks. I thank God for all he has done for me, in my life, and all that he has made available to me. It is because of him that I have what I have today.

I thank God for breath in my lungs, pulse in my body, beats in my heart. For healthy legs, and working hands. I thank God for my health, wellness in my body, and intelligence to move about my day. He has given me my children, my spouse, my house, the food on my table, clothes on my back. Yes he provided for me, and I’m thankful!

I thank him for protecting me, and shielding me from all harm and danger. I decree that no weapon formed against me, nor my children, nor anything that belongs to me, shall be able to prosper or separate me from the love of God.

Then I move into worship. I worship my Creator for who he is, and what he has done in my life, I sing, I praise his name.

Come into his gates with Thanksgiving boldly before the throne of Grace requesting your supplication and or request.
