We carry so much on our backs. We carry loads, and loads of problems, loads, and loads of struggles, loads and loads of stress, on left, and on the right.
We carry so much on our backs. We carry loads, and loads of problems, loads, and loads of struggles, loads and loads of stress, on left, and on the right.
Something so simple, yet so complicated in our world. Carrying all this load on our backs, we will stress and get frustrated, without asking for help. We are prideful and don’t even know it!
It’s been a LONG day! CHRISTMAS! Need I say any more?
Long lines at a store, late night baking, wrapping presents, children fighting, traffic jam, indecision, conflicts, decisions…
To lighten load is to make it easier, or to get rid of heavy burdens, so that the load becomes easy to carry.
Imagine a donkey carrying loads and loads of bags, on left and right.
We carry so much on our backs. We carry loads, and loads of problems, loads, and loads of struggles, loads and loads of stress, on left, and on the right. Like stubborn mules we carry so much on our backs, that we are physically, and emotionally TIRED!
No wonder WHY we feel so tired, and frustrated. No wonder we feel all stressed out, and burned out. We have so much junk on our backs, we are chasing so much in this world, and it’s sapping our strength, slowly day by day.
And if our own problems don’t chase us, tomorrow comes with it’s own set of troubles, tomorrow comes with it’s set of struggles.
What are we to do?
I will carry this for you! Your marriage? I will carry it for you. Your children? Give them to me. Your spouse? Your job, here give them to me. Come to me, all you heavy and burdened, and lay your troubles at my feet. My burden is light, and my yoke is not heavy. Come to me. I will give you REST! Rest is available at your request!
So many do not have rest, because they don’t ask for rest. So many are running on their own strength, chasing their own fantasy world, illusions, when strength is just within a reach.
By Definition “Rest” is emotional, mental calm, or continued source of strength without interruption.
If you ask for bread will your earthly father give you a stone, and if earthly father takes care of you, how much our heavenly father?
Lay your problems, struggles at his feet, allow the Savior to carry your struggles, you already have so much to take care of. Allow the Savior, the HERO to carry your struggles!
Prayer
FATHER I lay my burdens at your feet, I lay my struggles, problems, and lay down to rest. I tried it on my own, but it’s sapping my strength, come to my rescue, and hear my prayer LORD! Supply all my needs, and desires, rescue my soul! I surrender it all to you! Do what you will, in Jesus name!

In this article, I share on what true leaders look like, and how can we as leaders step into the position of leadership, no matter where we are, or who we are.
Comparison is a thief of joy, fulfillment, and purpose, and so many of us subscribe to it.
We all have good intentions—setting goals, committing to healthier habits, promising ourselves we’ll stay consistent. But somewhere along the way, life happens, and excuses creep in. Not today, I’m too tired. Not today, I’ll...
