As parents, we are accountable to God and responsible for way our children walk and what they are taught we do everything in their presence to be good examples.
Raising a child is one of the most profound responsibilities we carry. Every word we speak, every lesson we teach, and every moment we invest shapes their understanding of the world and their place in it. The way we nurture and guide them doesn’t just impact their childhood—it lays the foundation for the kind of adults they’ll become. So how do we ensure they are equipped with wisdom, integrity, and strength to walk the right path? It starts with intentional investment in their growth, faith, and character.
Training up a child in the way they should go reminds me of a moment from my daughter’s early years. She’s 15 today, but I still remember the phase when she constantly approached the electric socket and stereo wires. No matter how many times I warned her to stay away, she kept crawling back—almost as if it were a game, testing boundaries, pushing limits.
And isn’t that exactly how children learn? Their curiosity leads them to explore, repeat, and challenge what they’ve been told. It’s in those moments—when they push back, when they don’t immediately understand—that consistent guidance matters most.
To train a child is to repeat the same step over and over again until understanding takes root. It’s a process, a journey—not just a single lesson but a continuous investment in their growth.
Effort and consistency teach children the value of discipline and shape their future behavior. Training isn’t about control; it’s about guidance. It’s leading by example—pairing words with action, showing rather than simply telling. That’s how our children truly learn—not through force, but through patient repetition and unwavering presence.
I remember when my daughters were young. I would repeat certain words, reinforce lessons, and state my position firmly. At times, it felt like I wasn’t getting through to them, like my words were floating away unheard. But as they grew older, something remarkable happened—they began to teach me. And I smile, knowing that those lessons, those seeds I planted years ago, have now blossomed in their lives.
Too much force breeds resistance, and too little guidance can leave gaps. Balance is key—nurturing a child’s willingness to learn through repeated actions and an open heart, rather than rigid demands. Because true growth happens when children choose to embrace wisdom, not when it’s forced upon them.
As parents, we are accountable to God and responsible for way our children walk and what they are taught we do everything in their presence, to be good examples, they will follow after and become who we train them to be.
A good leader is not one who imposes his will on others, but one who leads by example.
As parents, we are accountable to God for our children. We are nurturing future leaders, spouses, CEOs, and it is imperative to instill good values and principles in our children so that they become responsible individuals who contribute positively to society and their peers.
I hope that we, as parents, stay aware and mindful of every step we take, because our little ones are watching and following us. We want show them a positive image of Christ, not one that distorts and dishonors Christianity and good behavior.

Your Story is important to someone else. The details of your testimony are life to someone else. I couldn’t have spoken into strangers life, if I myself did not go through the battles. I can only speak because I know the pain, the hurt, and confusion. I pray God comforts us, and gives us the grace to tell our story, no matter how small the details are.
Let’s not hesitate to share our testimonies and help each other walk through the valleys, and reach our destinations together. With a sense of fulfillment, and helping others get there can be a rewarding and satisfying experience, because when we lift each other up, we don’t just reach our destinations, we thrive in them.
I’d love to share your Story on my SITE!
