Just like we are gifted in the natural, our Father also gives us spiritual giftings. These gifts are bestowed upon believers to empower them for service, strengthen the church, and glorify God. Understanding these spiritual gifts is essential for every Christian, as they play a vital role in fulfilling God’s purpose in our lives and communities.

Discovering Your Spiritual Gift
– Self-Assessment
– Tools and questionnaires to help individuals identify their spiritual gifts. In my Church we go through what is called a Growth Track, where we help individuals to discover their gift and ability in the body, as assestment that you can take to figure out what your GIFT is, and then use that GIFT to pursue your PURPOSE. We have areas you can join to help discover, or grow your GIFT.
Community Input
– The importance of feedback from church leaders and fellow believers. Accountability is crucial, and community is vital. We need people in our life who can help us stay accountable as well as a community to belong to. Find a biblically based CHURCH or Community in your area to help you in this area.
Spiritual giftings are a divine empowerment for believers, enabling them to serve God and others effectively. By understanding and utilizing these gifts, Christians can fulfill their calling and contribute to the mission of the church.

Your Story is important to someone else. The details of your testimony are life to someone else. I couldn’t have spoken into strangers life, if I myself did not go through the battles. I can only speak because I know the pain, the hurt, and confusion. I pray God comforts us, and gives us the grace to tell our story, no matter how small the details are.
Let’s not hesitate to share our testimonies and help each other walk through the valleys, and reach our destinations together. With a sense of fulfillment, and helping others get there can be a rewarding and satisfying experience, because when we lift each other up, we don’t just reach our destinations, we thrive in them.
I’d love to share your Story on my SITE!

Spiritual gifting refers to the unique talents and abilities that an individual possesses that are channeled through the Holy Spirit. These gifts manifest differently in each person and are meant to be used for the benefit of the wider community, THE CHURCH.
There are various spiritual gifts mentioned in the Bible, including prophecy, teaching, healing, speaking in tongues, and others. Each of these gifts is intended to demonstrate God’s love and increase the faith of believers. Furthermore, it’s important to note that spiritual gifting is not earned but is given freely by God.
It’s also meant to be used selflessly and without drawing attention to oneself. Recognizing and developing our spiritual gifts can help us better understand our purpose in life and how we can contribute to the betterment of our world.
It’s a continuous journey of discovery and growth that can bring great fulfillment and joy.
Just like we receive a special gift or present from our loved ones, on our birthday, Mother’s DAY, for our accomplishments, or celebration, so we receive spiritual gifts from our heavenly father in heaven.

A gift is a special act of giving, without expecting anything in return, or a special ability or capacity; natural endowment; talent.
Paul the apostle, in the book of 1st Corinthians 12 presents to us this Good News. These spiritual gifts gifted to us from above, help us function in the body of Christ, serve the community; or enable us to operate in specific field, or calling, for the furtherance God’s KINGDOM.
Everyone who is born of the spirit, receives a distribution of this special ability, for a purpose, and God’s plan, proportioned to each believer, as God sees fit.
Though these gifts come from ONE spirit, they are different and unique, in function, ability, and service. ” Just as the body, though one has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.” A mystery that Paul presents to the church in Corinth. 1 Cor 12: 12-14

Each member in the body is important, and essential in it’s function, and service. One cannot say, I don’t need you, or another, I don’t need you, in-fact the parts that seem of least importance are actually the parts that are much needed in the body. Take the heart for example, a hidden organ, but an organ that plays an essential role in pumping the blood through the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the cells as well as remove waste products. Or step on a nail, the whole body feels it!
While studying this chapter, I noticed some of the gifts that Paul mentioned in the chapter, I have acquired as well, for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. I will try my best to describe these gifts and their functions, to the best of my knowledge, so when you are given these abilities, through the spirit, can also use them properly, according to its designed function.
Message of Wisdom
The first proportion of this gift, as Paul mentions in the chapter, is the message of wisdom. A special ability or talent given to us by God to bring the message of understanding, to the community, as well as insight, into a difficult situation or circumstance.
Message of Knowledge
The second is as important, message of knowledge, a sense of knowing, through the knowledge that flows directly from heaven, that cannot be perceived in this natural world, or understood by natural senses, again for the furtherance of the KINGDOM.
Faith
The third, just as important faith– a measure of faith that is given to the individual for the good of the community, and God’s purpose, and plan. A faith that is spoken of in Hebrew 11:1 ” substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. ” An ability to believe beyond what we see, move at the command of God, a natural talent given to us from GOD, for his GLORY, and his purposes.
Healing
Fourth, again just as important, gifts of healing to mend the broken hearts, as well as restore health, to the body, and spirit. This gift or ability cannot be bought or sold, but is naturally given to each, as God proportioned it.
Miracles
Fifth, miraculous powers, spoken of, all through the bible, the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, all through the Old and New Testament. Miracles, signs and wonders; the parting of the sea, David and Goliath, Esther pleading for her nation; Daniel in the lions den, Joseph reigning in Egypt, Lazarus awaken from death, bones coming alive, and so many more. This gift activates miracles, and power that comes from above to an area of impossibility, that surpasses all known human or natural powers, as well as understanding of this world.
