By definition, “fainting” is feeling weak, dizzy, or exhausted; about to lose consciousness.
Fainting is not a part of a believer’s DNA.
Quitting is not a weapon that should be found in a believer’s arsenal
This verse offers a powerful reminder that, no matter how drained or overwhelmed we may feel, God’s presence has the transformative power to renew and strengthen us. Rather than simply passing time, waiting can be a purposeful and active anticipation of what’s to come. It’s about tapping into a deep well of inner strength, and trusting that God’s presence is the catalyst that can propel us forward, even when we feel like we cannot go on anymore.
As believers we should embrace the Power of Waiting on the Lord. We should be mindful that Waiting on the Lord is an act of dynamic anticipation, where we actively look forward to the future with hope and expectation. It’s a testament to our inner strength and resilience.
By trusting in God’s unwavering faithfulness and reflecting on His past blessings, we experience a profound renewal of strength and courage.
The eagle, with its majestic power and unshakeable confidence, serves as a potent symbol of the transformative strength that arises from trusting in God. Running and walking represent the everyday triumphs and challenges of life, which we can face with unyielding determination and perseverance.
Quitting is not a weapon that should be found in a believer’s arsenal
Those who wait on the Lord discover the inner fortitude to navigate life’s obstacles without faltering, emerging stronger and more resilient with each step. This verse also offers a powerful reminder that we’re never alone in our struggles, and that by turning to God, we can tap into a boundless source of strength, hope, and inspiration to navigate life’s challenges.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of Today. Bless us to trust Your timing and plan for our lives and future. Thank You for providing us with strength and renewal as we wait for You. Thank You for never leaving us to go through our struggles alone. Great is Your Faithfulness! We realize You’ll use any and all of Your resources to bring healing in the right time and in the right way. You walked on water for the disciples. You caused the sun to stand still for Joshua. You instructed Elijah to drink from a brook and commanded ravens to bring him food morning and evening. You instructed the Israelites to blow a trumpet and shout after circling the city once a day for 6 days, then seven times day seven and Jericho’s walls fell down flat. When I was starring death in the face, You stepped in and stated not yet! I’m not done with her yet. It’s a known fact that when we Trust in You and Your Timing You will bring Victory according to Your Will. Help us to stay focused. There’s nothing You will not do for us when we stay connected to You. Comfort and strengthen the bereaved. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen
