When we carry each other’s burdens, we become vessels of His compassion and care.

When we carry each other’s burdens, we become vessels of His compassion and care.
Starting my day a little slower today ; dropped off my daughter, took a much‑needed nap, ate, and spent some time engaging on my social platforms. Now I’m settling in to share today’s devotional.
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Galatians 6:2
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Two thoughts come to mind
What does it mean to carry someone’s burden?
is to carry the troubles and cares of the person on your back
by doing so, you are fullfilling the law of Christ.
What is the law of Christ?
to love God, and to love people
To carry each other’s burdens is to serve others to the best of our capacity or space.
Greek Word for ministry, is “diakoneo” which means to serve. To serve others in whatever capacity or space.
To fullfill the law of Christ is to carry the troubles of others on your back.
Let us not grow weary in doing good. Galatians 6:9
But with confidence await that promise,

This morning reminded me how deeply God calls us to walk alongside one another.
After drop‑off, a much needed nap, breakfast, and faithfully engaging with my community, I felt this verse settle in my spirit.
When you do this to the least of these…Matthew 25:40-45
Galatians 6:2 invites us to be present for others;
to lift, support, and encourage in ways that reflect Christ’s love.
When we carry each other’s burdens, we become vessels of His compassion and care. Today, I’m choosing to show up with intention, gentleness, and grace.
The fear of the Lord – reverence, awareness, humility
is the beginning of knowledge.

Fools reject instruction because they reject the humility required to receive it. But the wise lean into God’s gentle nudges, even when they come through simple responsibilities.

Father, thank You for meeting me in the quiet moments of my day. Teach me to embrace Your wisdom, even when life feels slow or simple. Help me recognize Your instruction in every part of my routine, in my home, my conversations, my responsibilities, and rest. Thank you for the GIFT of TODAY. May I continue to notice your people in it, and serve my heart at the capacity you gave. Give me a heart that listens, a spirit that obeys, and a mind that seeks Your truth above all else. Amen.
