Cooking is truly a passion of mine, that is why I added this section to my page. Nothing brings me greater joy, than creating delicious meals, to share with my family. Through my experiences in the kitchen, I have learned that cooking is not just about eating – it is also a way to connect with others and express our creativity. My hope is that these recipes, and tips inspire you to try new things, experiment with flavors, and most importantly, have fun in the kitchen. Sweet Penne

Pasta based recipe! 

Here’s a pasta recipe that’s easy and quick to make. You can use whatever ingredients you have in the fridge. It only takes 20 minutes to cook and is made with great ingredients. It has spices, veggies, and herbs that make it really tasty. Give it a try, you’ll enjoy it! It’s perfect for a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs Oil Canola, Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Box of Penne Pasta, bring to a boil, don’t forget to add a few pinches of salt to boil faster
  • 1 Jar of Raguu Sauce, I buy the cheapest kind, I just need the base paste
  • 4 med-size sweet Peppers, a variety of colors, chopped
  • 1 med Onion, sliced and diced.
  • 1 Tomato, sliced and diced 
  • 1/2 Lb Ground Beef, seasoned
  •  SHREDDED Cheese, I like Mexican Style shredded cheese.
  • Seasoning to taste ( 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Creole Original Seasoning, 1 tsp Minced Garlic )

Let's Cook!

    1. Bring Pasta to a boil, drain, and set aside. 
    2. Clean, and dice a mix of vegetables { Onions, peppers, tomatoes)
    3. Season and Brown Ground Beef in a skillet on medium heat, add onions, and set aside.
    Mix Ground meat,  prepared vegetables, and finally Raguu  Sauce, sprinkle shredded cheese, and set aside, and it’s ready to be devoured.
