Sweet Penne

Pasta Based Recipe! 

Here’s a pasta recipe that’s easy and quick to make. You can use whatever ingredients you have in the fridge. It only takes 20 minutes to cook and is made with great ingredients. It’s perfect for a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend. Bon Appetit! 


Serving Size: Meal for 4 plus leftovers

Time: 20 min

Difficulty: Easy/Medium


  • 1 Tb Oil Canola, Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Box of Penne Pasta, bring to a boil, don’t forget to add a few pinches of salt to boil faster
  • 1 Jar of Raguu Sauce
  • 4 med-size sweet Peppers, a variety of colors, chopped
  • 1 med Onion, sliced and diced.
  • 1 Tomato, sliced and diced 
  • 1/2 Lb Ground Beef, seasoned
  • SHREDDED Cheese, I like Mexican Style shredded cheese.
  • Seasoning to taste ( 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Creole Original Seasoning, 1 tsp Minced Garlic )



  1. Bring Pasta to a boil, drain, and set aside
  2. Clean, and dice a mix of vegetables { Onions, peppers, tomatoes)
  3. Season and Brown Ground Beef in a skillet on medium heat, add onions, and set aside.
