This dish undoubtedly stands the test of time as our all-time favorite meal. The best part is that you don’t have to follow a strict recipe; you can easily modify or add ingredients according to your preferences.

Instructions

    1. Cook the spaghetti: Bring the spaghetti to a boil, then drain and set aside.
    2. Prepare the ricotta mixture: Whisk together 1/2 tub of ricotta cheese with one egg.
    3. Sauté the vegetables: Clean and chop a mix of vegetables, then sauté until cooked. Add 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce, 1 tablespoon of ricotta cheese, and a pinch of shredded cheese. Mix well and set aside.
    4. Cook the ground beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, seasoning, and salt, then set aside. Stir in the remaining spaghetti sauce.
    5. Assemble the casserole: Mix the spaghetti pasta with the sauce. Layer it at the bottom of a casserole dish or baking pan. Add the ground beef, a layer of the vegetable sauce mixture, the ricotta mixture, and top with cheese.
    6. Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 375°F. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
    7.

Enjoy your meal!
