Sweet Penne

Ingredients
1 Tbs Oil Canola, Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 Box of Penne Pasta, bring to a boil, don’t forget to add a few pinches of salt to boil faster
1 Jar of Raguu Sauce, I buy the cheapest kind, I just need the base paste
4 med-size sweet Peppers, a variety of colors, chopped
1 med White Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
1/2 Lb Ground Beef, seasoned
SHREDDED Cheese, I like Mexican Style shredded cheese.
Seasoning to taste ( 1/2tsp Salt, 1/4tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Creole Original Seasoning, 1 tsp Minced Garlic )
Let’s Cook!
Bring Pasta to a boil, drain, and set aside.
Clean, and chop up a mix of vegetables { Onions, peppers, tomatoes)
Season and Brown Ground Beef in a skillet on medium heat, add onions, and set aside.
Brown Ground Beef, prepared vegetables 5 minutes, and finally Raguu Sauce, sprinkle shredded cheese, and set aside, and it’s ready to be devoured.
