Anyone in a position of authority, leading or serving a particular group, organization, or tribe
is a LEADER
A LEADER is someone who leads, and caters to the individual or common needs of his tribe. He or she is not known by a certain title, position, or an assigned office. A Leader is recognized by example, character, trait, and work ethic.
Jesus was the greatest example of a leader. This is what he says,
These leaders will step into action and get things done. They don’t bark orders, but serve in love, to lead the way. When the need arises in the group, leaders are there to pick right up and come to the rescue. They are the bigger person; they do not wait for the other person to apologize; they step in and respond first. They are not waiting on anyone to assign them; they step up and do their part first.
I haven’t always been a leader. I did not have sound authority in my life, that I could follow after in example, so I settled for leftovers ( figuratively speaking). I picked up, and ate whatever I could find, and settled for what I thought was best for me. There were people in my life who were good leaders, and then there were people who simply chased after fame and money. I lacked judgment, I lacked discernment, I lacked sound voices, and reason in my life.
I let anyone lead me.
I let anyone speak over me.
I let anyone critique, correct and judge me.
I ate from garbage plates, and drank toxic waters.
Figuratively speaking off course.
Until God stepped in !
God’s Kingdom does not operate through common sense, or human wisdom, or worldly standards. In fact God’s ways and thoughts are far beyond what humans can create or imagine.
The bible says,
God’s WILL is to give us leaders that will lead us to Christ, and to be like him .
I am a mom, leading two young ladies who are growing quite rapidly into young ladies today. I have been entrusted by GOD to take care of my girls, to nurture them, feed them, and to lead them. It’s not always easy, but I do my best to be the greatest example, that I can be to raise Godly young women, productive in society, leading as an example, and shining a light into the world around them.
I am also a SUNDAY school teacher, and it is my greatest HONOR to lead and teach the next generation of RISERS, leaders, authors, doctors, and lawyers. I instill values and teach them to sharpen their sword. Yes they are little, but they too need guidance, and godly influences in their lives to develop into godly and integral human beings.
I am a MENTOR and a spiritual leader to so many individuals all around the GLOBE. God has entrusted me with a mission, and I am responsible to GOD in how I lead them.
God is answering our prayers! Leaders such as these are rising,
into position,
They are stepping up
They are coming out
They have been tested and tried by fire
They are anointed and appointed.
They are full of fire, they are ready to defend, protect their TRIBE!
These leaders will guide and direct people, with knowledge and understanding, and will not be like the hired help, who run after money, fame, fortune, likes, compromise, tolerance, the minute wolves show up.

Your Story is important to someone else. The details of your testimony are life to someone else. I couldn’t have spoken into strangers life, if I myself did not go through the battles. I can only speak because I know the pain, the hurt, and confusion. I pray God comforts us, and gives us the grace to tell our story, no matter how small the details are.
Let’s not hesitate to share our testimonies and help each other walk through the valleys, and reach our destinations together. With a sense of fulfillment, and helping others get there can be a rewarding and satisfying experience, because when we lift each other up, we don’t just reach our destinations, we thrive in them.
I’d love to share your Story on my SITE!
